Monarch Education are seeking vibrant intervention teachers to work in various schools across North Birmingham. We are seeking candidates who have high expectations of pupils' achievement and behaviour.

We are looking for an intervention Teacher's work with KS2 Pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups to assist with raising attainment and to prepare students for SATs.

You will need to be able to contribute to the school initiatives to further improve the learning outcomes for all pupils. The school wants candidates who can build the self-esteem of pupils and help them exceed their targets.

The key aspects which are required for the role are:
*The correct qualifications (PGCE, NQT, QTS) or UK recognized equivalent teaching qualification
*Previous experience working within a KS2 role.
*A real drive and passion for teaching, raising attainment and inspiring others
*A real commitment to working well as part of a team whilst being able to work at an individual level.
*Committed to stimulating learning at all levels and being able to motivate others
