Today Hawes & Curtis operates 21 stores in the United Kingdom, with its flagship store on Jermyn Street in London. Outside of the UK, the brand has a store in Cologne, Germany and keen to expand internationally.

The role of Store Marketing Coordinator

We have an opportunity for an exciting new role within one of our most prominent and important locations in the west ends of London. This store is at a 'flagship level’.

You will be tasked primarily to promote the store with the local corporate customers. The SMC assists the Senior Store Manager in generating increased sales and repeat business through local store marketing efforts (such as organising corporate events).

Responsibilities include:

Create a business rapport with local corporate clients.

Build a database of clients for the store.

Engage with corporate customers through promotions, local CRM and by holding corporate events.

Cold-call when and where necessary

Provide a weekly to the Head of Operations and Senior Store Manager on leads, progress and sales prospects

Liaise and coordinate with central marketing team.

Planning & Administration:

Analyze the store’s current business position in the market with the Senior Store Manager.

Evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of the store`s current sales propositions.

Experience: Strong, effective verbal and written communication skills required in addition to excellent phone skills.

This position requires a 'high-energy’ and a customer service focus while maintaining a professional appearance at all times.

Essentials

Experience working in a field-based marketing role for at least one year.

Ability to handle rejections and successfully overcome them.

Strong and effective verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent telephone skills.
