Business Development Manager - Banking
We’re working with a top tier global law firm to source a business development manager for their growing finance team. With a member of the team relocating internationally; this is a great opportunity for an exec, senior exec or junior manager looking to step into an autonomous and strategic role.
The primary focus will lean towards the firms ambitious and pragmatic Banking practice, supporting on some exciting projects and growth areas for the firm such as alternative lenders. One of the key aspects of this firms practice roles is that they are very global, with regular interaction across the US, Europe and Asia.
The firm works very collegiately with the sector groups, and as such there is a big drive on campaign management. The role is client facing and the team manage some of the firm’s key relationships that fall outside of the central client team.
The firm is incredibly well known for it’s pro-bono work and someone interested in getting involved in charitable and pro-bono initiatives would have some really exciting projects to work on.
Above all the role is super strategic, and needs a driven and dynamic personality to help drive strategies forward across the group and partners. You’d be joining a well-established team and without the operational pressures of people management, this would be a great step up from exec into a first management level role.
