About the Inside Sales Executive Opportunity:
An Inside Sales Executive is urgently needed for a Legal and Financial Services Firm. This role is ideal for individuals who are looking to take on an autonomous sales role, responsible for building on a new book of contacts and customers within the legal arena. You’ll be responsible for database management; following up on inbound leads; securing appointments for senior sales management; generating new leads via networking, social media, calling, and more; and generally representing the firm in a professional manner at all times. As the newest member to their rapidly expanding sales team, you’ll be eligible for their uncapped commission structure from Day 1 and will enjoy their numerous opportunities to take your career to the next level through various progression options.
You will be passionate about sales and working with dynamic companies that help people. You will also have a proven track record in working to your own initiative as well as within a team.
To be considered for this opportunity our client is ideally looking for applicants to evidence some or all of the following skills:
• Solid Inside Sales experience within a professional services environment (for example, insurance, recruitment, software, etc.)
• Comfortable working to and achieving against targets
• Comfortable with capitalising upon networking and upselling opportunities
• Consultative and trusted sales approach
• Comfortable liaising with a team of external sales managers to help with follow-up appointments
• Proactive and driven sales outlook with a strong desire to achieve
• Strong client-facing and engaging communication skills
