We are looking for dynamic, pro-active, confident and results focused desk based business Account Managers to join our rapidly expanding business.

The role is to manage and cultivate a portfolio of existing customer accounts. You will need to be extremely self-motivated, enthusiastic and sales driven seeking a career in a B2B sales environment.

The Role & Responsibilities:

"Manage a portfolio of customer accounts.
"Negotiating renewals of contracts and completing all paperwork accurately.
"Generate and close new business opportunities through promoting our products and services.
"Visit customers as required - a Company vehicle will be supplied for this purpose.
"Provide system training to customers by performing on-line web demos
"Maintain strong customer relationships as 1st line support to resolving any queries your customers may have
"Schedule and action all tasks follow up duties ensuring all CRM systems are kept fully updated for each action and point of customer contact.
"Achieving sales targets, goals and objectives.
"To maintain effective working relationships with the team members.
"Maintain a professional appearance, telephone manner and attitude at all times.

Skills Knowledge & Experience Required:

"You must be a professional and target driven individual.
"Successful candidates must have excellent customer service skills and have very good verbal and written communication skills.
"Talent for sales and negotiation with the ability and desire to sell
"Excellent relationship building, organisational and time management skills.
"Knowledge of full sales process from generating leads through to closing sales.
"Experience in consultative selling.
"Pipeline management.
"Basic IT Literacy (Microsoft Suite)
"Full valid UK Driving Licence.
"Experience in the telematics/tracking/mobile phone market preferred but not essential.
