An established and expanding company are looking for a Sales Advisor/Consultant to be the face of the organisation and visit prospective clients in their homes as a result of pre-arranged appointments from pre-qualified leads. You will be expected to advise them in a professional and empathetic manner about the services that are offered in order to secure their business.
The role will be primarily home based but you will be expected to attend meetings in customers’ homes and the Company Head Office when necessary. This is a role with sales targets and you will work proactively with the sales team to ensure that your diary is effectively managed.
The appointment slots are 9.00 am, 12.00 pm, 3.00pm with two 6.00 pm slots per week in place of the 9.00am (Monday to Friday) and optional Saturday working. You will be required to open up a minimum of 15 appointment slots over 5 working days. We anticipate an average of 35 to 40 appointment slots being filled over a calendar month with each appointment including travel taking approximately 3/4 hours.
- Experience in a similar high paced, customer facing sales environment
- Excellent English Language skills - both written and verbal
- A proven track record of meeting & exceeding sales targets
- Computer literacy (Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint etc.)
- A full UK driving licence with no more than six points
Desirable: Experience within the Financial Services Sector
Salary: £25,000 OTE £40-£50,000 + company car or car allowance
