Oakleaf Partnership - Payroll Recruitment are working with one of the top chartered accountancy firms to help recruit a Payroll Officer based in Birmingham. To be suitable for the role, you will need to have worked within a bureau environment, at a senior level.

Duties include:

-You will be looking after the more complex or large size clients without any supervision

-Administrating RTI and process end of year forms

-Good knowledge of pension schemes

-Be able to keep up to date with new payroll legislation and compliance

-Carry out any reconciliations and analysis

-Proactively communicate with HMRC

-Assist with the training of any new staff and payroll reviews

-Develop and maintain relationships throughout the wider business
