We are very pleased to be working as Exclusive Recruitment partner with our Client whom are looking to expand their IT Services for a number of roles including the addition of a Service delivery, Transition Manager, Analyst position, offering a fantastic opportunity to work on a very large & complex continuing transformation programme alongside a brilliant work, life balance.

You will be working as part of a Service Management team for the optimisation & management of change & transition within the IT services department & live projects. Working closely with Project managers, department heads & various stakeholders you will focus on the successful transition of new or changed IT services from Service Design through to Service Operation.
As this is a brand new role there will be the opportunity to put structure & processes in place and actually define and scope your own future.

Please note you will need to have a minimum of ITIL foundation certificate and additional ITIL experience or qualifications would be a bonus. Another advantage would be hands-on service asset & configuration management experience and/or knowledge management in ITIL.

Essential Skills required:
*IT Service Delivery and/or Transition Management
*ITIL Foundation Qualification
*Solid Understanding of ITIL Service disciplines
*Ability to set up service design & transition procedures framework
*Excellent Communication skills

Desirable Skills - any of these would be a plus but not essential as training provided
*ITIL Intermediate or Practitioner level
*Experience of multiple IT service transition projects
*Service asset & configuration management
