This professional services consultancy is looking for a highly skilled and experienced customer care professional to work on a high-end residential apartment project. You will be based in a highly professional, friendly, delivery focussed project team and will work alongside the wider management team.

The roles start mid-January and runs for approx 2 months, based in Central London (West End) and working hours are typically 09:00-18:00.

They are particularly keen to hear from applicants who have experience in/ knowledge of high-end residential property services, those with high-end customer care experience and those with corporate project based experience.

Main Duties

Customer Care Representatives are responsible for managing the end-to-end process for handing over completed apartments to new owners, this includes:

- Taking ownership of apartments and being the lead and single point of contact for designated customers
- Monitoring and maintaining good client satisfaction - being solutions focussed and solving queries and problems
- Providing customers with processional, timely responses to queries and keeping customers informed on progress with their apartments
- Attending all meetings with their customers
- Keeping the Customer Care Team Leader fully informed on progress with handover of the apartment and potential complaints
- Updating progress trackers daily and ensuring that other database information is accurate and up to date
- Attending meetings as and when required

- Flexible /hand on approach where needed to get the job done
