Continuous Improvement Business Manager - Contract Hire / Vehicle Leasing
Location: Bristol based ideally

Salary: up to £50k basic + Bonus + Company Car + Benefits

Our Client are one of the largest Vehicle Solutions Provider in the UK. Due to their continued growth, they are looking to recruit a proven Business improvement professional who can demonstrate a track record within project management and business improvement strategies ideally within the Vehicle Leasing/Commercial industry.

The successful Business Improvement Manager will be tasked with implementing strategies within the Business with the aim to minimise loss and improve functions within the Departments. You will work closely with the Defleet, Remarketing, and Logistics team and develop strong relationships with key Stakeholders and Suppliers. Your remit will be to review and investigate business systems and processes and continuously recommend areas for improvement.

-Knowledge and experience of the Vehicle Leasing industry (ideally Logistics and Remarketing)
-A professional, driven and tenacious character who can represent the company
-Commercial / Financial awareness along with awareness of the competitor market
-A strong / influential telephone manner
