Job Description:

Your role will involve dealing with incoming calls relating to Council Tax, Housing Benefits and a range of local authority services. You will be required to handle confidential information and delicate situations, so you must be empathetic when dealing with customers.

You will use your excellent communication and listening skills to ensure that queries are resolved in a timely manner, ensuring great customer service is always delivered.
