Residential Conveyancing Partner
A Residential Conveyancing Partner is wanted for an excellent opportunity with a Legal 500 firm in Manchester. Salary is negotiable and competitive depending on experience but likely to be in the region of £65,000 - £75,000.
My client is a successful and well established, Chambers rated firm with an excellent reputation in the market. They have offices across the UK and are a multi-service practice.
The successful candidate will lead, inspire and motivate the team to deliver the business KPI's/financial performance and ensure the team delivers a high standard of client service. You will coach the team, monitor performance and identify training needs. In addition, you will ensure compliance against company standards by carrying out compliance checks, including call monitoring to enhance continuous improvement. In addition you will ensure the department remains CQS compliant and that the firm remains on lender panels, you will recruit new staff and ensure the department remains SRA compliant. You will spend most of your time in the Manchester office but will be expected to travel to London probably once a week.
Applications are invited from experienced Conveyancing Solicitors or Chartered Legal Executives who are either already a Partner or looking to make this next step in their career. In addition you should have management and supervisory experience, detailed and sound conveyancing knowledge and be a strong leader.
