Our Client are one of the key players within the world of data and identity. Their Identity Products and Services are the largest contributor of revenue to them as a Group. As such, the success of the business unit and the individuals within are vital to our Clients success… with that in mind they are looking to add a number of business development driven Account Managers into their Team, working from Home, you may be based anywhere within the UK

The right individual will work to secure and expand the lines of business sold into new and existing customers. The right individual will work to secure, develop and grow revenue to achieve targets, working predominantly with Large Corporate and Blue Chip Clients

The Role: Working closely with the UK Sales Manager and Senior Management team, the role is to ensure the generation and growth of sales revenue from a nominated portfolio of trading accounts.

The key objective is to grow overall Revenues and Margins, articulating the value and business benefits of the complete range of products and services Personally concentrate on larger opportunities and provide direction and sales engagement support whilst leading accounts Engage with clients at both strategic and operational levels and be the demonstrable lead person for all client engagements Working closely with all internal stakeholders to ensure client and sector challenges are built into product roadmaps

You will be expected to develop and sustain a viable business pipeline to support commercial objectives, including the identification of opportunities, qualification, sale and closure Ability to deliver and sell joint propositions or sell the product items separately (if appropriate) To regularly update pipeline and activity information for management reporting To deliver specific value propositions to targeted end users through both consultative selling approaches and a range of appropriate niche market sales kits To advise on, and support the delivery of, a tactical marketing plan into nominated industry sector(s) To collaborate with Partner organisations throughout the sales cycle to maximise opportunities To maximise opportunities face-to-face meetings To act as a single point of contact for all identity verification clients To manage all aspects of the relationship between our Client and its clients at both a commercial level and technical level, using the most appropriate resources Exceed all minimum standards of performance

To understand that the importance of achieving the Sales target is vital to the success of the business, and that this is the main priority Growth of Revenue & Margin across the account portfolio, through the retention of client base and the proactive selling of all products and services, whilst maintaining maximum customer satisfaction levels

All clients to have live (in date) contracts, aiming for all clients to be prepaying for products purchased Create and maintain an Active Account Plan for senior accounts that contains the following elements.

Current & emerging Business Issues, current and emerging sales opportunities, Key contact profiles and contact strategy, including time scales.

Operate proactively at a senior level within accounts in support of business opportunities and provide maximum exposure and credibility in exploiting the opportunities identified

To ensure that all Sales are profitable and meet the Group’s profitability expectations

Build strong working relationships with the Company’s consultancy and delivery resource to ensure effective and profitable use is made of the products and services being proposed and sold

Ensure that Debt is managed effectively Effective management of your opportunity Pipeline, ensuring that it is at all times, accurate and balanced.

Ensure the Pipeline is used for opportunity tracking, Gap Planning and Target achievement and accurate forecasting

Keep customer information accurate, comprehensive and up to date on all internal systems

Demonstrate Commercial Awareness through the effective use of the Clients Published financial information; ensure that proposed value propositions and ROI proposals meet the clients stated policies.

You may be based anywhere within the UK, working from home and in the field predominantly.

Basic salary is circa £42,500, OTE will take you to £90,000 and a handsome car allowance as well as the benfits you would associated with a market leader at the top of their game ....
