Nationwide Recruitment Service (NRS) & HR Careers are recruiting a Registered Manager / Care Home Manager/ Nurse Manager for a Care Home based in Birmingham, West Midlands. Paying up to 70k with excellent benefits

The successful candidate will need to have a PIN number, be a qualified nurse and perhaps be a care home manager, nurse manager, registered manager or general manager of a care home or possibly a nurse manager in charge of an elderly care, dementia Alzheimer, senior citizens ward.

This is a pivotal and exciting new role with senior management responsibility for the overall management and success of the home measured through key performance indicators, i.e. team building and engagement, financial performance, customer service and thorough regulatory CQC compliance.

The Registered Care Home Manager is responsible for keeping up the highest standard of care that needs to be given to resident's.

You will implement compliance and ensure that all of the codes of conduct, policies, practices, mission statements and procedures are followed and achieved.

As Care Home Manager you will have a background of running a care home or retirement home or hospital and have been responsible for operational procedures particularly financial matters, including budget planning, capital investment, budget achievement, profit and loss as well as man ageing over heads. There will be a finance member of staff doing all of the day to day accounting but as Registered Manager responsible for the home you need to have string financial acumen.

You need to have had a background as a Registered Care Home Manager focusing on all external regulatory obligations (CQC, HSE, EHO), whilst also achieving internal auditory requirements.
