Business Development Sales Executive, Selling into Care Homes. UK wide with Midlands being the ideal location. £35,000 basic, £50,000 OTE + Company Car + exceptional Benefits. This is a home based Business Development Sales role working for one of the UK's most successful providers of technology solutions into care homes. The company manufacture specialist products such as fire alarms for the hard of hearing, entrance systems for the blind, emergency voice and panic alarms and so forth. The company provide equipment to most of the major care home providers and have a great reputation for products and customer service.
Due to sustained organic growth, they are recruiting a Business Development Sales Executive to join their UK sales team covering the UK from a Midlands base. The ideal candidate will understand the complexities of working with local authorities and selling through governing boards and trustees,
To be considered for this role you will be able to demonstrate excellent business development / account management skills with experience of working on long sales cycles, managing multiple projects and an ability to systematically manage a large pipeline of potential accounts. The new business side of the role is supported by telesales and the technical and marketing support that they provide is exceptional.
Specific product experience is not required, but they do require individuals that are used to selling into care homes.

The role includes a car allowance and uncapped commission that is paid quarterly.
