A very successful global firm providing professional services is looking for a Global Technology Support Trainer with French and/or German skills to join their relatively new office in Manchester. You will be providing internal technical support and training to their UK and their French and/or German offices. This will be delivered face to face and remotely and will be training in Microsoft Office, Outlook, iManage, Cisco phone software but will also be assisting with help desk support depending on demand.

The ideal person will have extensive experience in a training environment and have strong German and/or French skills. Strong English skills to native level are also required as training your English speaking colleagues will be a large part of your job. The person must be out-going with excellent interpersonal skills and have a genuine desire to help people as well as finding personal satisfaction in providing support.

You will be creating classes in order for colleagues to use the technology as effectively as possible. For this you will be collaborating with other teams and analyse their needs to ensure the training sessions reflect the needs of the firm. Therefore you will know how to work as a part of a team.

You must also:
*Be a quick learner and be able to master new technologies and concepts easily.
*Have knowledge and proficiency in a wide variety of software programs, including Windows 7/10 and Microsoft Office (latest versions) Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
*Also including iManage Desksite and DTE Axiom, timekeeping software.
*Knowledge of Adobe Acrobat (e.g. extracting/inserting pages, text recognition/OCR).
*Be able to develop knowledge of Cisco Phone software.
*Have knowledge and proficiency of various remote communication methodologies required, including RDS and VPN technologies.
*Have working knowledge of internetworking, TCP/IP, client/server relationships, network printing and Active Directory is highly beneficial.
*Be able to develop knowledge of Latham & Watkins templates and macros, the intranet, DTE and IM software.
