KS1 NQTs are now welcome to apply for the opportunity to join one of the best known primary schools in South Bristol. This permanent, full time post starting September, is the ideal school for those NQTs who want to join a supportive school, with strong leadership. Sound like you?

The school, which is located in South Bristol and well connected by public transport links, is large in size, oversubscribed and a popular choice for parents. Well supported by Governors and parents, the school, which is deemed 'Good’ by OFSTED, is looking to become 'Outstanding’. To fulfil their dreams of becoming an outstanding school, the senior leadership team are now looking to recruit a highly talented, creative and engaging KS1 NQT, starting September.

From September, as an NQT, you’ll take on a Year 1 or 2 class, which will be decided upon once you’ve been successful, and the Headteacher has said its really down to the successful candidate to decide. This will be a full class of 30 children from September, with a TA on a full-time basis. Every classroom is large in size, and comes with the latest interactive technology. Walking through the corridors of this school, you can see how creative it is just by the amount of colour children’s art work. To be successful as a KS1 NQT at this school, the Head has informed me you need to love working with children, have a good understanding of the KS1 curriculum, and be creative and open to new ideas, as well as offering your own.

If this sounds like the perfect KS1 NQT post, and you are keen to find out more about this wonderful school and what they have to offer, we would love to hear from you ASAP.

The school is looking to interview candidates in the first 2 weeks of February. If you’d like to be involved, email a CV and covering letter to Nigel Horne at Educatus Recruitment ASAP, or you could miss out.
