Service Manager North West
Orridge & Co Ltd is a leading Inventory Company working with high profile retailers throughout the UK and Europe. We are now looking to recruit a Service Manager for the North East of the UK. You will report directly to the Regional Manager and will be required to provide a support service to our Clients and Counters. You will be required to ensure targets are met whilst increasing productivity and maintaining procedural compliance. You will have the ability to deal with people and be a competent problem solver. You will be required to resolve operational problems on site and inform the Regional Manager of action taken. You will attend Client sites with Sales Executives and CAM's to advise on processes and procedures. You will ensure that all counts are completed accurately and timely and to the clients satisfaction. You eill be required to recruit and maintain staffing levels, develope new and existing supervisors and ensure that electronic count data and supporting information is delivered on time. We are looking for someone who has multi-site experience in either the Retail or Service Sector. You will need excellent people and organisational skills, be computer literate, have experience of supervison or man managment and be flexible in your approach to your work as this is not a 9 to 5 role.
A full clean driving license is also required.
