This is an opportunity to join the UK's leading SolarWinds Professional Services provider, specialising in Network & Systems Management Solutions.

They are looking for an experienced Office Administrator with meticulous organisational skills and a big work ethic to enhance their team and make a real difference to their growing business.

This is a fast-paced business and they all work hard, so you'll need to be self-motivated and happy working independently. Unflappable, versatile, intelligent, resourceful and good with details, you'll need to be totally on top of things at all times.

Ideally, you will have worked in a small, fast-paced business before and understand how everything you do impacts on the fortunes of the business.

You may be suitable for this role if you have experience as an executive PA, Personal Assistant, Office Manager, Client Project Manager, or in Client or Customer Services.

Day-to-day you will:
- Support Technical Team with general organisation, multiple diaries, workforce management and logistics
- Implement and oversee project plans for our consultancy projects
- Conduct support admin such as simple research and compiling information for Technical & Sales staff
- Contribute to written reports to a professional, polished standard
- Answer inbound telephone calls, manage post & general reception duties
- Assist in Accounts administration using Quickbooks online, deal with Expenses.
- Maintain Company database
- Deal with ad hoc enquiries

- High level of organisation and project management ability is vital; this is a fast-paced role requiring superb multi-tasking and administration skills
- A motivated, can-do attitude and a highly professional approach. Proven experience of business administration is essential
- A positive, friendly, flexible, capable and unflappable manner, able to build relationships quickly
- Diligent and reliable, with a good appreciation of process and excellent attention to detail in all areas
- CRM and communications experience would be highly relevant
- Good communication and creative problem solving skills for process, conflicts with schedules and other project deliverables
- Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills, communication skills must be effective and courteous requiring high integrity when dealing with internal and external contacts.
- Excellent time management, organizational and computer skills including Word, Excel and experience in using CRM applications.

You will ideally have a specific qualification in areas close to the job specification.
