Enterprise Account Manager, Client Manager, e-Commerce, enterprise software solutions
Account Manager with 5 years + experience in technical enterprise software solutions is needed by our client, a global leading eCommerce provider. Based from their Clerkenwell office in central London you will be responsible for the Account Management / Client Management of their enterprise client base which are using their e-Commerce products.
You will be working on multiple accounts, helping anticipate and manage the resolution of operational issues, lead and drive growth strategies for your Clients and become a trusted advisor, consulting the clients on international ecommerce best practices.
The Account Manager will collaborate internally with their Product, Operations, Consumer Products and Insights and Professional Services teams on new innovations, product roadmap features, new solutions, market insights, solution adoption and implementations. This is a really varied and exciting role.
5 yrs+ Account Management in a technology environment
Experience of managing enterprise software solutions.
Demonstrated ability of having managed Enterprise-level customers for growth
Enterprise e-Commerce Solutions (Desirable)
Ability to interact with client personnel at various levels, including Director and C-levels
Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation and time management skills
(Desirable) Broad understanding of e-commmerce and the following specialties
o International / Cross-border e-commerce
o Shipping/Logistics Strategies
o Affiliate/Marketing Environment
