Are you a self-driven, ambitious New Business Development Manager with experience in digital design and marketing?

We are looking for a determined, goal focused individual to specialise in selling digital design, search engine optimisation and pay per click solutions.

£32,000- £36,000 basic, with an uncapped OTE of £65,000 in your first year + company phone + laptop, paid expenses, progression paths and other flexible options.

The Role:

Close To Water Digital (CTOW Ltd) is a digital design agency based in London and Wroclaw Poland and we are brilliant at what we do (and very modest)! We are growing our client services team and looking for a cool, go getting New Business Developer to join us. This is an ideal role for someone who is looking to make a mark for themselves and in turn, over time, have the opportunity to become a director of the company.

As a New Business Development Manager your role will be to proactively identify new business opportunities for our agency within London and the Home Counties and find us more companies that we can make look great.

Your main focus will be to self-generate leads, to source potential clients, and hunt for new business. And working towards targets won't be a bore when being rewarded with an outstanding uncapped commission plan!

Experience Required:

The ideal New Business Development Manager will be experienced in digital design and marketing and have a full understanding in Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) and Pay per Click (PPC) solutions. Alternatively, we will consider candidates with a strong Media or printing background. You will need to be a hunter for seeking new business and proficient at generating your own leads.

The ideal applicant will demonstrate a great drive to succeed and consistently put in all efforts when working to accomplish targets. You will also show remarkable communication skills, have amazing confidence and have the persistence to surpass all set KPI's.

The Package:

If getting the chance to work in the creative industry (and for us) wasn’t enough, the package on offer for the right new business development manager is a basic salary of £32,000 - £36,000 (depending on experience), rewarding you with an uncapped OTE of £65,000 in your first year!

You will also receive a company phone and laptop, paid expenses, opportunities to progress and other flexible options. Training is also available to help you further improve your abilities and build new skills to help with your progression in our company!
