Building Surveyor - APC - Interviews ASAP
Our client is a private surveying practice who established over 40 years ago. They specialise in both residential and commercial projects throughout Central and greater London with an emphasis on North London.
Due to planned expansion, they now require an additional building surveyor to either work out of their Mayfair or Edgware offices.
This role would ideally suit an MCIOB qualified building surveyor that is looking for a route to finish their APC in order to become chartered.
The successful building surveyor will be responsible for running their own workload whilst also being given the necessary support to take their own career forward professionally. The workload will include but not be limited to: --Preparing schedules of works and specifications-Delivering tenders-Contract administration and project management of largely residential projects-Carrying out inspections and surveys -Section 20-Building surveys / schedule of conditions-Dilapidations-Party wall matters acting for both building and adjoining owners-Insurance valuations / claims-Licenses for alterations
Suitable building surveyors will have a minimum of 1 years private practice / consultancy experience and live within a reasonable commute of either Mayfair or Edgware.
Package on offer for the successful building surveyor will be c£35k base with company funded travel card, professional fees and training all paid for.
