Job Title: Customer Journey Business Partner
Location: Midlands / London (+ some travel)
Salary: to 60K + car allowance + bens
Reporting to the Customer Services Director, this role carries responsibility for the design and on-going management of effective Customer Journey processes as part of a business-wide ‘transformation’ programme. The post-holder will ensure Customer Journey process is effectively implemented across all customer contact points, ensuring customer satisfaction targets are met within agreed budgets.
Some of the key responsibilities will include:
To assist in delivering on the target Customer Experience in-line with Corporate objectives and the wider Transformation Road map
To work collaboratively will all internal / external stakeholders in pursuit of delivering the target customer journey across all customer contact points
To provide ongoing effective management of the customer journey, ensuring customer effort is acceptable and customer trust is built
To identify and recommend evidence based changes to the client Customer Strategy in order to improve customer outcomes and reduce costs
To maintain a current awareness of customer experience best practice and provide analysis to identify performance improvement initiatives
