Fri, Sat, Sun and Mon

Fri & Mon (hand over periods) Sat & Sun (8am – 8pm)

CALLING ALL TEAM LEADERS WHO THRIVE IN A CHALLENGING, FAST PACED, DYNAMIC ENVIRONMENT!!

This isn’t any ordinary team management role. For one thing, your team members will vary from one weekend to the other and as the only team leader, with great responsibility comes great power!

You already have a proven track record of coping in stressful situations and taking ownership of complaints in order to prevent further escalation. You LOVE responsibility and are able to ensure that your weekend team is fully staffed, even in the event of sickness.

You have a helicopter approach to challenging situations, with strong co-ordination and organisation skills, a MUST for this role where you will be supervising case managers, who look to you for support and guidance whilst assisting travellers abroad with emergency medical situations, that may necessitate emergency evacuation back to their home country.

You will ideally have worked in a medical assistance, insurance, nursing, emergency services or travel sector, where you are used to dealing with emotional, emergency situations requiring liaison with different internal departments and external service providers, or simply worked as a senior Personal Assistant, having to coordinate travel, meetings, conferences etc.

THE ROLE:

  • Coordinating ‘fall back’ staff in the event of sickness and tasks with different departments.

  • Managing a team comprising of Customer Service Case Managers

  • Delivering Emergency Medical Assistance solutions on complex cases

  • Liaising with air ambulance companies, nurses and doctors where necessary

  • Cradle to grave complaint handling
