A fantastic role within an internationally renowned agency. This role gives you the opportunity to be deeply involved with a global client - including contract and pricing negotiations, and working with global client teams, as well as managing and developing a small team reporting into you.

·Manage the reported monthly revenue across clients feeding into the unit P&L and provide explanations for variances versus forecast, budget and prior year. Meet with the FD to impart this information in a monthly review meeting
·Management and review of client profitability, ensuring that the portfolio is managed profitability and proactively addressing any margin issues and provide commentary to the business partner and FD
·Perform to a high standard any client specific reporting
·Commercial support across all New Business pitches
·Supporting in client negotiations on commercial terms of business
·Manage the team in client specific areas through any internal, external and client audits to a successful audit outcome
·Carry out finance training across the business to ensure the account teams fully understand financial processes
·Support and consult Business Partners and client teams in all financial decisions
·Work with the Account Leads for each client account on establishing forecast variances
·Support and work closely with the Account Management and Project Management Teams on project fees that are being produced, and all commercial finance matters.
·Oversee Client WIP management
·Instruct and develop Commercial Managers and WIP controllers
·Support in fee negotiations; construct staffing plans, fee proposals, reconciliations and contractual matters


·Solid commercial accounting experience within a client services / agency environment
·Experience of managing a team
·Strong communication and presentation skills
