We’re passionate about the quality of our food and we’re looking for a like-minded Second Chef to join our Team, someone who loves creating dishes using the finest, fresh seasonal produce and the highest quality ingredients. The role requires the ability to run the Kitchen in the Head Chef's absence, taking full responsibility for supplier ordering and menu development.
You must be able to demonstrate a good knowledge of food hygiene, allergens and health & safety practices and also have some experience of the managerial side of a kitchen. Ideally you would possess a Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate and the desire for further training and personal development. Most important, you must be friendly, enthusiastic and have a strong work ethic.
