Working for a company that's part of one of the largest investment firms in the world, the role is based on-site at a landmark asset in West London, a large estate comprising of 12 buildings. Joining an established team, you would be part of driving an environment that is home to c.8500 guests (tenants), ensuring smooth running of the buildings and estate by supporting their Guest Relations Managers with the administration involved in day-to-day property management, and contributing to the wider team vision and ethos of the organisation.

They are looking for a part-time Property Administrator to join a growing and passionate team. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, organised, and ready to get involved!

Working closely with the property team & wider team, the role will support both the office environment and business operation, responsibilities will include:
- Providing administrative support to Guest Relations Managers (building/ estate specific), including liaising with guests on behalf of the company
- Support and preparation of reports on a regular basis
- Support of internal meeting organisation, set-up, and pack-down
- Procuring and co-ordinating office supplies
- Championing the office environment in line with sustainability (office tidiness, equipment and supplies, innovations & ideas)
- Providing reception cover
- Ensuring the accurate recording and maintenance of budget trackers
- Undertaking administration of various items such as permits, compliance, meeting minutes, matrixes and procedures

- Previous experience in an administrative position
- Proficient use of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
- Communication skills - high level both written and verbal

- Understanding/ experience of basic budget management
- Prior knowledge of facilities management

Working hours: Monday - Friday: 20 hours p/week across a minimum of 3 days p/week

Salary & benefits:
- £20,000 - £25,000 per annum (pro-rata)
- 28 days annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays)
