Every year, demand for donor eggs outstrips supply, resulting in thousands of infertile couples being denied the chance of having children.

This company is the UK's largest provider of donor eggs and it is rapidly expanding. Now operating from both Harley Street and London Bridge there is an opportunity for an ambitious, motivated self-starter to join the London Bridge team as a Donor Recruitment Officer

The ideal candidate will come from a recruitment, sales, healthcare or customer services background. The donor recruitment officer will attract, manage and build relationships with potential egg donors ensuring that as many as possible are retained as continuing donors.

The Donor Recruitment Officer will be responsible for managing each donor recruitment campaign by responding to enquiries over the phone, via email and face to face. The recruitment officer will also be responsible for interviewing prospective donors to ascertain their suitability as well as working effectively with the nursing and clinical departments to ensure that donors are recruited in line with HFEA guidelines.

The role is customer centric and the ability to communicate well and empathise with donors is of paramount importance. As a leading provider of private fertility services we require candidates to have outstanding interpersonal skills and be comfortable with communicating with donors over the phone, face to face as well as via written communication. The successful candidate will be a self-starter with a mature attitude to work and a willingness to work in a challenging but rewarding environment whilst offering exceptional customer care at all times.

This is an extremely exciting role for the donor bank and it is essential that the successful candidate has the aptitude to work to department targets, build relationships with egg donors, encouraging them to complete the donation programme. Although not essential, experience of working in a healthcare setting particularly fertility would be advantageous.

For the right person, there is an opportunity for self-development and career progression due to the innovative nature of working for the UK's fastest growing egg bank which is part of a fertility group established in 1985. They are also offering an excellent salary package based on experience and ability to hit the ground running.

This is a full-time position (40hrs per week) based at their London Bridge location although, occasional travel between their Harley Street and London Bridge donor bank may be required from time to time.

This organisation and its subsidiaries strictly adhere to the Equality Act (2010) and provide equal opportunities to applicants, staff and patients from all demographic backgrounds.
