An industry leader in the Online Football Teamwear Market: they are looking for a keen and self-motivated Accounts & Sales Administrator to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity and offers a great platform for growth and personal advancement.

The job role will cover 3 main areas
1. Customer Interfacing- including managing customer orders with email and telephone support and associated administrative duties. Gaining product knowledge and ensuring great customer service.
2. Accounts Administration- including Sales & Purchase Ledger, Bank Reconciliations and problem solving discrepancies
3. Payroll Processing and Administration

The ideal candidate will have experience of Sage Accounts and Sage 50 Payroll or similar software.

They will have effective communication and excellent organisational skills to ensure the efficient management of daily priorities, ensuring high levels of accuracy and professionalism at all times.

They will be resourceful, show initiative and demonstrate the ability to deal with multiple tasks while working under pressure.

This is a busy and demanding role and only a confident and proactive individual will do.

Skills/Experience expected:
- Working knowledge of Accounting & Payroll Software
- Double Entry and VAT knowledge
- Microsoft packages to intermediate knowledge
- Must be numerate and analytical with a strong attention to detail
- Structured and methodical approach to tasks
- Good customer service skills and telephone manner
- Excellent Maths, English and Computer skills
- Adaptability - find solutions and embrace change with a positive attitude
