The Company are a rapidly growing organisation, established in 2009, and headquartered in Hungerford with development and technical offices in London and Cambridge. They develop and deliver cutting-edge integrated online transport management solutions, selling both hardware and related hosted software services. Their first rolled out solution has revolutionised the way that bus and coach operators across major UK cities and municipalities manage their operations.

They are now entering a very significant further phase of growth, and as such are looking to expand their team by appointing a part time (with potential to go full time) Operations Administrator, based in Cambridge and reporting into the Operations Manager, to further enhance its Operations function.

This role will suit a highly organised, approachable and driven person, who is happy working in a team, as well as using their own initiative to complete tasks to a high standard and to develop the role. They will have excellent customer service skills to enable them to build solid relationships with our customers, along with the flexibility to pick up misc. other duties as required in supporting the Operations Manager and support team.

The role will encompass (but not be limited to):
- Taking telephone calls, logging details and directing calls to the relevant department
- Managing courier pickups and deliveries
- Coordinating product returns handling with manufacturing partners
- Updating internal customer logs as required
- Presenting a professional technical support service to customers ensuring they are kept informed and updated on the status of any issues
- Performing daily administrative tasks relating to the returns procedures using the various web based company tools e.g. tracking pickups and deliveries completed on time
- Updating asset and stock records

The Company are looking for someone who:
- Is quick to learn, positive, adaptable, innovative, and energetic
- Has customer facing support experience including telephone support
- Has experience with a technical product (desirable, not essential)
- Has excellent communication and prioritisation skills - maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
- Is an accomplished user of the Microsoft Office suite
- Is competent in technology, and able to absorb new technologies and systems easily
- Is proactive, a self-starter and a problem solver
- Has a full current driving license and use of a car (mileage allowance will be provided)
