Client Services Manager - London - Fintech - Up to £60,000 basic + £90,000 OTE

Our client is an award-winning Fintech company who enable financial services organisations, from tier 1 banks through to challenger insurance brands, to control their customers experience across digital platforms. They have a Global presence and can boast clients such as HSBC, Barclays and GE.

In this Client Services Manager role, you will inherit multiple tier one FS customers and become their main point of contact for our client. You will be responsible for running account planning meetings understandinClie their digital roadmaps for the next 12 months, offering advice on these plans and spotting opportunities to upsell. Our client has a strong technical team but you will play the role of quarterback helping translate between client and tech team. The client is also open to people with a senior Project/Programme management background that would like to move into a more commercial focused role.

To be successful in your application for this role you will have;

- Experience leading seven-figure complex digital projects

- Ideally experience within the Financial Services, if not retail will suffice

- Experience growing account revenue bases

- Excellent client facing skills
