With over 25 years of experience of working for some of the world’s most iconic media, gaming, leisure, blue chip and charity brands, and planning its next stage of evolution and requires a talented, enthusiastic Business Development Manager to help drive growth.

What we're looking for is a senior business professional to help the company plan & lead it's sale process to take the company to where it wants to be.

The Opportunity

• This is an exciting and newly created opportunity to join a fast paced and growing technology agency, delivery high end technology solutions to various sectors.

• Reporting to CTO of the company, we are looking to appoint a Business Development Executive with the tenacity and drive to break into new market sectors and win new clients. This is the first time the client has had this role, so this is an opportunity to really make your mark.

• As well as this particular division, you will be expected to sell the company’s portfolio of services and products to decision makers ranging from SME’s to blue chips, all the time growing our brand awareness.

• Your main focus will be on new business acquisition, although a part of your time will be spent in up-selling and cross-selling business services within the  group and to group clients.

The Candidate

• To be considered, you must have a proven track record in lead generation and new business acquisition, consistently over achieving in hitting new business sales targets. Whilst a specific sector expertise is not critical, there is a preference for candidates with experience of selling digital services to multiple markets in the leisure, travel and tourism sectors.

• You will need to demonstrate the ability to build new and strong client relationships and create and maximise pipeline development.

• Experience of negotiation of complex commercial sales cycles also a requirement.

• The ability to sell a multitude of products and services requires excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills. With success in the role comes the opportunity to build a sales team so previous sales management experience is essential.

• This role would suit an experienced BDM looking for a fresh challenge and the opportunity to build something from scratch, with a can-do attitude and who excels through the full sales lifecycle.
