The Company is a rapidly growing organisation, established in 2009, and headquartered in Hungerford with development and technical offices in London and Cambridge. They are now entering a very significant further phase of growth, and as such, they are looking to expand their sales and support team by appointing a Customer Support Coordinator, to be based in Hungerford and reporting to the Head of Customer Support. This role will suit a highly organised, approachable and driven person, who is happy working in a team, as well as using their own initiative to complete tasks to a high standard and to develop the role. They will have outstanding customer service skills to build solid relationships with their customers, along with the flexibility to pick up misc. other duties as required.

The role will involve (but will not be limited to);
- Engaging with customers, primarily over the phone or by email, and enhancing the Company's already well renowned name
- Building and managing relationships with customers, and assisting them in getting the most out of their systems
- Assisting in the delivery of customer product and further development of their innovative Card Bureau service
- Some sales enquiry handling and order taking
- Fielding initial support and common technical queries where possible, and escalating where necessary
- Coordinating some of their partners and liaising with all parts of the business to ensure the best possible customer experience
- Some travel within the UK

They are looking for someone who:
- Is quick to learn, positive, adaptable, innovative, and energetic
- Has a passion for delivery great customer service
- Has excellent communication and prioritisation skills - maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
- Is an accomplished user of the Microsoft Office suite
- Is competent in technology, and able to absorb new technologies and systems easily
- Is proactive, a self-starter and a problem solver
- Has a full current driving license and use of a car (mileage allowance will be provided)
