£18,000 to £18,500 per annum plus bonus
The Telesales Executive role is the heart of the ordering process within our client's business. They are passionate about delivering first-class customer service and support to their customers, tailored to meet and exceed their needs. They are driven to achieve operational excellence and to develop their skills in line with business' needs.
Responsibilities will include:
To generate business with customers through outbound calling as part of a comprehensive direct marketing effort
Maximise customer sales support through managing an effective plan
Generate new business opportunities managing appointments and visits with the sales team to follow up on these
Assist with special projects, sales activities and other programs when necessary
Maintain knowledge on the entire product line through periodic review of information and by participating in departmental meetings and training classes
Meet and maximise agreed target which will be monitored on a monthly basis
Maintain sales activity records by customer
Update customer electronic account records accordingly including email addresses
Involved in specific project work as directed by line manager.
The successful candidate will be:
Educated to 'A' level standard
IT literate (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
Professional telephone manner
Have some Admin/ Office environment
Some telesales experience
Confidence to make recommendations about how the team can operate better.
This role is working Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm and offers a fantastic team environment, variety and a great opportunity for development.
