Company Secretarial Assistant - Professional Services - London - Up to £32k

Your new company
This organisation is a multinational company in the professional services sector. They provide support through accountants, company secretaries and HR and payroll professionals, enabling their clients to get serviced in different geographical locations.

Your new role
Your new job sits in the corporate secretariat function of the business, which is a team of around 10 people. This team's core responsibility is to manage client relationships and the delivery of services to a portfolio of clients. You will be working in a sub team of two, taking the lead role while supporting around 200 -300 UK entities. You will prepare minutes, action points and resolutions, and help with the preparation of Board and Committee packs, you will monitor and update Board and Committee Terms of Reference, and get involved in interesting technical work relating to share transfers and capital reductions.

What you'll need to succeed
The main requirement for this job is having relevant experience within a Company Secretariat. You will be competent in using Blueprint and ideally will have had some exposure to GEMS. You will also ideally be studying towards your ICSA qualification.
