IT Support, Horsham, £17,000 - £21,000
Our client, a well-established software company in Horsham are now recruiting for an additional Helpdesk Analyst to provide 1st Line Support to clients. Serving clients all over the UK this company offer both face to face and remote support.
This role is to work in a helpdesk IT Support environment, supporting customers with their IT issues both over the phone and via email. You will be expected to log and effectively resolve all customer queries. A key part of this role is to build and maintain relationships with the clients, many of whom have been with the company since the beginning.
Most of the issues are based around Microsoft technologies so you will need to have a good understanding of Microsoft Office, Outlook and other desktop and server products.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 years’ experience working within an IT Support environment and you must be very hands on, willing to "muck in" with everyone else in the team.
