Caseworker - Growth Gateway North/East London
(Big Lottery Building Better Opportunities - Refugees into Sustainable Employment Contract)
Salary £24,000 to £28,000 per annum
Full-time, 35 hours per week, permanent contract

To help us retain and grow our high quality, successful provision we are seeking proactive and committed Growth Gateway Caseworker to join our team.
The role of the 'Growth Gateway’ Caseworker is to support and manage a caseload of participants with a range of multiple and complex barriers. The caseworker will work closely with participants to identify and work through these issues to progress them closer to employment by delivering group workshops to build confidence, wellbeing and motivation, working closely with external and specialist partners where required. This role requires someone who is bilingual and can build trust and a rapport with this cohort of participants in both a 121 and group environment.
