Customer Experience Manager

You will be the lead for the Customers Experience Growth programme. You'll be working with the leadership teams through the provision of expert, timely, actionable insight on customers and all aspects of their attitude and behaviour throughout their experience with this company.


THE ROLE

Your responsibilities will include but may not be limited to:

  • Providing road-maps to prioritise and deliver growth across different market and target customer segments
  • Proactively advise and make recommendations to the direction of the business through interpretation and integration of multiple sources of insight
  • Being accessible and a reliable / credible / influential source of expertise to the leadership team on the customer, category, market and competitors
  • Shaping and delivering customer insight and planning tools to drive customer-centric thinking throughout all aspects of the business
  • Being a permanent voice of the customer and enable the leadership teams to think customer first

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Experience of leading commercial strategies and plans
  • Strong numeric and analytical skills to optimise actionable insight and the ability to use multiple sources of data to tell a story
  • Experience of managing multi-functional team and suppliers
  • Must have good experience of Customer Journey Mapping
  • Strong Excel and Powerpoint skills
