Healthcare & Risk Administrator
We have a really exciting opportunity for a Health and Risk Administrator. This leading Employee Benefits Consultancy specialise in delivering intelligent, cost-effective Employee Benefits and executive Financial Planning services including design, implementation and management of a wide range of Employee Benefit programmes including Pensions, Risk, Healthcare and Well-being, Flexible Benefits, Communications and multinational benefits.
As a Health and Risk Administrator you will administer Group Risk schemes providing professional high quality administration service to all clients, colleagues and other third parties. Assuming day-to-day responsibility of a large panel of Group Risk schemes, taking ownership for the panel’s suitability, compliance and status and liaising with internal teams and insurers to research policy history. You will develop internal and external relationships to assist in providing an efficient service to clients and manage their expectations on work being undertaken, work in a team to provide a first class administration service to both internal and external clients, ensure all schemes are renewed compliantly and profitably. The role will be to liaising with Associate Consultants, Consultants and insurers for new business quotations and process of new business, re-brokes, scheme renewals, underwriting and claims.
To be considered for this role candidates will have previous administration experience and ideally have previous experience of Group Life Assurance, Group Income Protection, Group Critical Illness or Group Healthcare along with the use of Avelo. CII Group Risk (GR1) would also be highly desirable however not essential. Salary on offer £28,000 - £34,000 depending on experience.
