Deputy Care Home Manager ( RMN or RGN )

- Location: North East London

- Salary: £38,000 per annum

- Hours: Full Time

- Shifts: Days 40 Hours

We are currently looking for a highly motivated registered nurse to work within a beautiful purpose built nursing home in North East London. The home offers a wide range of different care types including Palliative, Parkinson's, Respite, and specialist convalescence care. The home has fantastic management and staff morale at the home is very high.

You will take responsibility for all aspects and areas of care within the home, whilst promoting our key values of choice, dignity and respect. Always seeking to share your clinical knowledge and experience, you will provide valuable support to members of the home's care team, offering valuable guidance and assistance. Creating and developing strong relationships with our customers, you will play an important role in strengthening the Bupa brand and raising the care home's profile. You will occasionally be expected to provide cover outside of normal hours, as required.

Person Specification:

- Management Experience with in a care home/elderly setting

- Registered Nurse

- Marketing experience

- Auditing Experience

- Recruitment

- A natural educator with leadership experience

- A good time manager, who can prioritise effectively and work independently

- The ability to build a warm rapport with residents and their families
