Our client is an innovative 360 Digital Marketing agency based in East London, and are looking for a driven Digital Account Manager to join their team due to growth. As the Digital Account Manager you will be responsible for nurturing existing client relationships as well as creating new opportunities. The Digital Account Manager will be the go-to-person for their key clients, and you will need to act as the key point of contact between them and the agency.

The day-to-day responsibilities of the Digital Account Manager will be:
• Expertly balance the demands of multiple clients, accounts and integrated digital strategies
• Develop new strategies to increase clients' competitive advantage
• Broaden clients' understanding of their customers, markets and challenges
• Complete valuable status reports and meeting agendas
• Strive for product excellence with an incredible eye for detail
• Support the Head of Projects to ensure timely, top-quality delivery
• Support the Managing Partners with research, analysis and insight
• Produce compelling, insightful reports
• Work on new business pitches
• Manage contracts

Experience & Skills:

• 2+ years 360° digital experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Mastery of client interpretation
• Motivation generator with great work ethic
• Level 10 pitching/deck skills
• The Digital Account Manager will have a passion for digital platforms + technologies
• Creative mind
• Google & Facebook PPC experience
• Know your beaks from your chickens
