Salary - £ 25,000 - £ 30,000 (Pro rata + Benefits)

Due to continued growth and an internal secondment, they are seeking a Relationship Manager to join the group based in Portsmouth.

The role of the Relationship Manager will be to contribute to the effective management and development of relationships with the Groups Insurance partners to assist in the attainment of revenue/ profit targets and enable achievement of strategic goals.

You will be required to confidently support the Senior Manager and Service Delivery and be responsible for the management of accounts for the Groups key partners.

·Leading and arranging client monthly and quarterly review meetings. Producing minutes and distributing them in a timely manner after any client meetings, summarising any additional actions required, including follow-up calls
·Contributing to the development of existing products and services, based on feedback and accounts performance
·Sales activity planning, including reviewing available MI to identify sales opportunities
·Undertaking commercial negotiations
·Managing new business pitches
·Maintain compliance with legal requirements, industry regulations, and organisational policies.
·Maintain regular links with clients, to gather feedback and ensure their current needs are being met by Insurance Factory in order to grow the business
·Ensure to adhere to all aspects of the contract in order to manage the account affectively and in accordance with the agreed terms
·Take responsibility for the performance of the account and escalate where appropriately to ensure we are in line with agreed forecasted performance
·Ensure an understanding of the different contractual arrangements we hold with our partners
·Install best practice and look for continuous ways of improvement
·Maintain communication with the Senior Manager regarding the accounts performance against BP
·Ensure the effective management of changes through IF and take responsibility for communicating to external and internal parties where appropriate to ensure delivery of any change or project
·Maintain effective working relationships, arrange and lead internal meetings to sustain communication between each business area
·Responsibility for personal development and business and commercial awareness of the Insurance market
·To adhere to Company processes with regard to FCA compliance and Treating Customers Fairly;
·To ensure that DPA, FCA & TCF and other regulatory requirements are met.

Desirable Skills:
·Working knowledge of CDL Strata systems is preferred but not essential
