A Facilities Administrator job in Central London paying up to £22,000
Your new company
A leading service provider with first class service are looking for a Facilities Administrator to join their organisation. This organisation are providing the opportunity to join them and help support their current contract in Central London. Your new role
In your new role you will be responsible for distributing and completed of the planned preventive maintenance, you will ensure all SLA's are completed within the agreed times. You will complete all reactive work within the agreed SLA times and schedule the work to the correct engineers and subcontractors. You will create reports on the reactive works and PPM's for management. You will administer engineer's timesheets and administer and control purchase orders as per management request.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed you will need to have previous experience of working for a facilities management company and have a good working knowledge of PPM's & Reactive works. You will need to excel in customer service when speaking to internal and external customers. You will need an intermediate level of computer skills and have previously used a CAFM system such as Maximo. You need to be reliable and have fantastic timekeeping skills.
