Your new role will be to provide a comprehensive pensions service to all company staff, and to supervise and direct the work of the Pensions Assistant and Trainee Pensions Administrator.

You will have previous administration experience of working on Occupational Pensions Schemes, Defined Benefit ideally, or Defined Contribution, or both! Local Government experience would be an additional advantage but not essential. Given the type of work, training can be given on these schemes, and current related pension legislation knowledge quickly learned, but you must already have an occupational pensions background in administration to be able to data input the information required.
