Our client is seeking an experienced Payroll Administrator to join their team

Duties include;

  • Process payroll data input received within agreed timescales and in accordance with procedures
  • Work with line manager to plan, organise and prioritise workload on a daily, weekly and monthly basis to ensure service levels are maintained within the Payroll Operations Team
  • Assist in the dual checking, balancing and reconciliation process, prior to payment and the production and distribution of associated payroll reports and payslips
  • Assist with collation, checking, reconciliation and balancing of all third party deductions
  • Knowledge of Working Rule Agreements, TUPE transfers and complex terms and conditions
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
