Operations Manager job, based in Horsham, West Sussex, paying up to £40k
Your new company
You will be working for a growing company based in Horsham, West Sussex, reporting to the Group Financial Controller.
Your new role
You will be responsible for providing comprehensive administration and support to manage service and business operations across the organisation. You will work with the CFO to implement strategic plans and overall management of the group, ensuring the successful strategic development of the organisation, including business planning, internal policies, procedures and quality standards, cross-departmental working and external relations. Your key responsibilities will include production and implementation of operational work plans and budgets including fleet and property management, monitoring of budgets including analysis, reporting and action on variances, monitoring performance against targets and deliverables for all contracts, and financial tracking and monitoring of contract income.
What you'll need to succeed
You will require strong business and financial acumen to ensure that current and future operations continue on a sustainable and viable basis. You will have direct experience of operational management, along with experience of contractual performance management, project planning, and handling large quantities of data. You will have strong skills in finance and budget management, as well as excellent communication skills.
