About the Role:
You will be working as a Lift Service Manager assisting the service Director by effectively managing teams of engineers to ensure that contractual objectives are met regarding continuous development of PPM and ensuring customer satisfaction.
The main duties for this role are centred on developing a close working relationship with both the team of Engineers/ Supervisors and Customers. The successful candidate will need to prioritise labour to cover PPM / call outs, collate reports for the Service Director on Engineers' KPIs, attend client meetings and manage budgets including sourcing and purchasing materials / parts.
This role will be based in London.
About the Candidate:
All applicants must have experience of managing lift engineers, good client relationship building experience, full U.K driving licence and preferably be industry qualified.
