National Sales Manager
A brand new role for my client who are looking for a National Sales Manager to work strategically with the MD to build and execute a strategic plan, working towards the companies medium to long term objectives.
My client are a manufacturer of medical of devices, a global leader in their therapy area, providing a premium product in the healthcare industry.
The primary responsibility for the National Sales Manager will be manage, develop and leverage existing relationships/accounts whilst managing and developing the Field Sales Team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for implementing a strategic plan in line with the local and group strategy to facilitate every growth opportunity.
Working with multiple internal stakeholders to continue to develop the presence of the organisation in the market, you will play an influential role in making key decisions! The National Sales Manager will:-
- Have experiencing of managing an external sales team
- Have a strong understanding of the NHS industry with preferable experience in medical device sales
- Have a strong sales background with exceptional interpersonal skills
- Be a strategic individual with detailed commercial acumen and a real hunger to achieve.
Basic Salary upto £60,000
