Due to our ongoing success and growth, a unique opportunity has been created for a Learning and Development associate to join our industry leading team at our head office in central London. We are seeking a passionate L&D professional to support over 300 sales staff with their learning and development needs across our seven offices.

Reporting directly into the Head of Learning and Development, this role is suitable for a confident individual who has the ability to engage with all levels of the organisation. We are eager for you to bring your specialist expertise, creativity and commitment to manage already existing programs, as well as introduce and develop new initiatives that will have a positive impact on the ongoing success of the company.

The role will see you:

  • Managing the full training cycle across all levels of Recruitment Consultant, Executive Consultant and Managerial training programmes from design to delivery and analysis
  • Design, develop and implement Learning and Development plans incorporating performance needs and improvement, skills development and career progression
  • Deliver sales training with a key focus on enhancing employee skills and effectiveness
  • Working with directors and senior management to identify training needs and trends within the business
  • Providing constructive feedback to attendees and management
  • Evolving existing training programmes in line with the business needs
  • Ensuring consistency and continuity across all training initiatives
  • Travelling to each of Venn Group’s offices to deliver group courses and individual training sessions

Candidate Requirements:

  • Experience of delivering sales training in a recruitment consultancy setting
  • Resilient and adaptable to varying audiences with an inspirational attitude is crucial
  • Demonstrable experience delivering sales and leadership training courses
  • Previous experience of designing and delivering a variety of training courses across the company
  • Clear communication skills with all levels of the company, as well as being confident and articulate
  • Have a genuine passion for delivering effective, high impact, fun, informative training sessions to all levels of staff
  • Strong organisational skills, motivation and drive, and an open and approachable management style
  • Ability to inspire others to achieve results
  • Excellent relationship building skills to engage with all levels of the organisation
