Telesales/Sales Executive. OTE £45k
Location: Bromley Area
Salary: Circa: £18k to £25k basic depending on experience. OTE £45k year 1.
Uncapped recurring commission scheme.
Our client is looking for new sales people to join their successful sales team. The successful candidates will be trained to deliver their complete sales process from initiating relationships with prospective clients and carrying out on line demonstrations of their simple, easy-to-use recruitment platform through to closing the deal. With new leads provided daily.
Our client is a dynamic and fast moving business delivering a complete suite of recruitment software tools that span the entire recruitment process - all from one dashboard. Their sales team comprises of a lively group of smart and ambitious sales people, driven by a recurring commission scheme.
Responsibilities of the Sales Executive include, but are not limited to:
- Calling potential customers in the staffing and recruitment industry and delivering both online and face to face product demonstrations.
- Occasional travel to visit with clients.
The ideal Sales Executive:
- Previous Sales and/or Recruitment Experience
- Excellent Phone Manner
- Articulate, outgoing and confident individuals
- Good computer skills (Microsoft Office)
- Resilience and Thick Skinned
- Have the drive to succeed
- Achievable sales targets
- High income potential with a base plus achievable commission plan
- Recurring, uncapped commission on all subscription sales
